Can I upgrade to Pro if I purchase Lite?

No, it is not possible to upgrade your license from Lite to Pro. However, you can exchange your Lifetime Lite License for a Subscription plan. The purchase cost you paid will be credited for Subscription payments. Lifetime License will be revoked.

Do you have any discounts for students or faculty?

Yes, we offer a discount to students and faculty members. Please provide your student or faculty ID (preferably with the visible validity date) and we’ll share the promo code with you.

Payment issues. How to get the invoice?

For subscription purchases:

Please contact our . Select the "Invoice" subject.

For lifetime license purchases:

You can generate invoices right on the purchased product page. 

Go to User Profile → Licenses → Product → Manage

Click Request Invoice on the product.

I have seen you once had different prices and subscription plans. Now it’s changed, how do I purchase the product at the old price?

Dehancer is evolving. We give our customers and enthusiasts great opportunities with discounts, promo codes and special offers. Pricing and Plans may change over time, however, we are constantly improving the product quality and feature set.

Legacy product support and pricing policy.

We will continue to provide technical support for purchased products; however, we reserve the right to adjust future pricing policies and update offerings.

While we currently do not charge for updates, we may discontinue outdated products and introduce new ones.

For users, this means they will receive lifetime technical support for the product they purchased. However, we cannot guarantee unlimited updates, as each product has its own lifecycle and may eventually be retired from sale.
