License Activation Errors
- Plugin activation has been rejected: client is not registered
- Plugin activation has been rejected: another installation id already has activated the key
- Plugin activation has been rejected: {} cuid format error
Delete the "preferences" file in the "com.dehancer.film_baselight_pro.v7" folder and try to activate the plugin again. (/Users/{user}/Library/Application Support/com.dehancer.film_baselight_pro.v7)
In macOS the user’s Library folder is hidden by default. You can access this folder in the next way:
- Open Finder, click Go in the menu bar, and select Go to Folder.
- In the dialog box, type ~/Library and click Go
